Happy Halloween

Today, Kinley's daycare had a Halloween costume parade. All the kids got dressed up in their cute costumes and collected candy from all the Dollar General employees. Kinley looked precious in her owl costume. It was a little chilly outside, so we had to bundle her up!

Trip to Crossett

Kinley took her first trip to Crossett this weekend. It was 1,018 miles round trip and she did great in the car. She got to meet Memaw and Papaw for the first time. She cooed and talked to them for a long time. She also had her first little stomach bug on the trip, but didn't let it bother her too much.

She was glad to get home!

Getting Ready for Halloween

Kinley is going to spend her first Halloween dressed as an owl. Big Momma and Allison made her a witch boot shirt and a ghost dress. Nonny and Poppy got her a 'my first trick or treat' shirt. 

4 Months Old

Kinley turned four months old today.  Here are the things she is doing now

• Weighs 13 pounds, 2 oz, 27th percentile
• Is 23.75 inches long, 21 percentile
• Goes to bed around 8:00, sometimes gets up around 3, but sleeps until 6 most nights. She will start crying when she is ready to go to bed. She gets so excited when I take her to her room to get her pajamas on. 
• Rolls to her tummy or side to sleep
• Eats every 3 hours during the day 
• Loves to play in her exersaucer
• Smiles a lot when you talk to her and she is making o and a sounds
• Is very serious during bath time, she doesn't cry, but she doesn't smile and play either
• Likes to sit up and look around
• Wears size 1 diapers
• Wears 3-6 month clothes
• Started rolling from her back to tummy, but not tummy to back
• Chews on her hands constantly
• Loves to stare at her feet
• Grabs and hits at toys all the time

Big Momma's House

We spent the weekend at Big Momma and Pappaw's house. Mary Benton loved playing with Kinley. We took the kids to the cotton field behind mom and dad's house to take some pictures. Wynn cooperated a little, but Kinley only wanted to stare at her feet!

Memphis Zoo

Kinley and I went to Big Momma and Pappaw's house this weekend. On Saturday, we went to the Memphis Zoo. Kinley spent most of the time napping and playing with her feet. Mary Benton enjoyed playing with the monkeys and eating ice cream. Wynn had the best time and even went on a camel ride with Pappaw.
