We celebrated Bennett's second birthday Monday night. Kinley enjoyed watching Bennett open gifts and eating lasagna. She tried really hard to play with the big boys!

Rock Island State Park
Memorial Day Weekend, we went to Rock Island State Park for the Burks family reunion. We stayed in cabins, went on a hike, took Kinley on wagon rides, ate and visited a ton. We all had a great time and are already looking forward to next year.
Kinley was very excited about having Bennett in the wagon with her.

11 Months
Kinley turned eleven months old today. Here are the things she is doing now
- Weighs about 24 pounds
- Still goes to bed around 7:30 and sleeps until 6:30, when we wake her up. On the weekends, she will sleep until 7 or 7:30.
- Took her first steps on May 11th and is almost fully walking now
- Is down to 4 bottles a day
- Eats almost only table food. Her favorites are bananas, strawberries and chicken nuggets
- Has two bottom teeth and two top teeth
- Wears size 3 diapers
- Wears 12 month clothes
- LOVES her blankie
- Enjoys her bath and loves to splash
- Likes to play with the remote controls and telephones
- Favorite toy is the choo choo train that Loretta gave her for her birthday
- Also loves to throw balls and crawl after them
- Can say momma, bye, bottle and bite
- Likes to talk all the time, especially in the car
- Is very, very nosey. She loves to talk to little kids everywhere we go.
- Got tubes this past month.
- Can have some wild hair when she wakes up in the mornings.
- Will give kisses (sometimes)
- Scoots to the corner of the bed to sleep
